If we quit a project (have never done so far) we will refund you your deposit with-in 10 days. We will never accept a project if we are not sure we can deliver on the promise. The phrase "satisfaction guaranteed" means that we will not create a design or create a web site with out you approve 1-2 comp layouts first. We will make sure you are 100% satisfied with the initial layouts and the steps of development before we continue to a finish stage.
